Where Did the Name PARADAX come from?

Well, Paradax Golf is a family created business, run by the inventor/product developer of the Paradax AI-1, Jeff H. The other family business for the past 23 years is called Paragon Granite and is located in Fresno California.

Trying to come up with a name for the new invention, the name Paragon Golf was tried, and Paradox, because the cart in the bag seemed to be a bit of a Paradox, but when playing with the logo, it was obvious that PARADAX was catchier and the name ParadaxGolf.com was an available URL. So, there you go...

And one more thing, their precious big boy 'DAX' (half Huskie and half Alaskan Malamute) also played a part in the naming of the product and company. He is such a big part of the Paradax family, especially after the loss of their 32 year old son, Taylor, just a few years ago, who is featured at the top of the home page playing at Pebble Beach with his Dad when he was 20. Dax has been a savior and certainly a therapy dog for the entire family.

So there you have it, the combination of Paragon and Dax... 'Viola!' Paradax was born!
