How much does the AI-1 weigh compared to a separate cart and bag?
Standard pushcarts weigh 24 lbs and a typical cart bag weighs 10 lbs for a total of 34 pounds, compared to the AI-1 which only weighs 20.
Which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship only within the USA. We are working on adding worldwide shipping soon!
What happens if something breaks?
All of our parts are strategically designed to last. If something happens to break as a fault of manufacturing, we will replace your PARADAX AI-1.
How long does it take to receive the golf bag?
All orders are shipped within 24 hours. Standard shipping times are applied. This takes anywhere between 2–5 days.
Why do school golf teams like the AI-1 so much?
Teams love looking uniform on the course. With the AI-1, all carts are built into the bags, helping every player match. Plus, it saves space in travel vans, eliminating the nightmare of cramming 6 bags and carts. The AI-1 also works with our custom-fit rolling travel bags—perfect for air travel.
Why was the AI-1 invented?
Jeff, our product developer, grew tired of hauling golf gear for his daughter and others. He searched for a bag with a built-in cart, but it didn’t exist—so he built one. To this day, the AI-1 is the only solution of its kind.
Why did it take so long for someone to bring an "all-in-one" cart in the bag to market?
The idea has existed for over 100 years, but no one could make it work—until now. The cart would take up too much space or be too heavy. After many revisions, PARADAX got it right.
Why does the AI-1 feel heavy to lift?
It feels heavier because your brain expects a standard golf bag. But this isn’t a standard bag—it’s a full 3-wheel cart built into a bag, weighing only 20 lbs vs the usual 34 lbs combined.
Is the AI-1 too light to carry an umbrella or will it tip over?
Nope! It's designed to support umbrellas up to 68" in winds up to 20 mph. The bag's lay-down angle improves stability even in breezy conditions.
How do you deal with wet, grassy wheels before putting in the car?
The rear wheels detach and can be tapped together before being tucked into side pockets. The front wheel folds up under the bag, keeping your car clean.
Do you suggest we purchase a shoulder strap?
It depends. If you’re only walking across a parking lot, use the rear wheels. But if stairs or tight spots are involved, we recommend a strap for easier carrying.
Are the bags customizable for schools?
Yes! Choose black or gray as your base, then add school-color stripes with velcro attachments. The front patch can also be customized with a school logo, name, or mascot.
Are there any discounts available for other Paradax products with a bag purchase?
Yes! We offer discounts on apparel and accessories like hats and belts when you purchase a bag.
Is the steering adjustable without tools?
Yes. Simply raise the front wheel slightly to access a built-in adjustment dial. A few quarter-turns will get you back on track.
How many beers/sodas will the insulated pouch carry?
It easily fits standard-sized cans or plastic bottles with ice—perfect for on-course refreshment.
