How much does the AI-1 weigh compared to a separate cart and bag?
Standard pushcarts weigh 24 lbs and a typical cart bag weighs 10 lbs for a total of 34 pounds, compared to the AI-1 which only weighs 20.

We currently ship only within the USA. We are working on adding worldwide shipping soon!
What happens if something breaks?
All of our parts are strategically designed to last. If something happens to break as a fault of manufacturing, we will replace your PARADAX AI-1.
How long does it take to receive the golf bag?
All orders are shipped within 24 hours. Standard shipping times are applied. This takes anywhere between 2-5 days.
Why do school golf teams like the AI-1 so much?
For one thing, school teams love to look uniform on the course but schools rarely buy matching pushcarts for the players so they really don't look all that uniform. With the AI-1, all of the carts are built into the bags so the whole team looks great!
Also, most teams travel in a van which is notoriously over-packed with 6 carts, 6 golf bags, and 6 players at a minimum. Coaches understand the nightmare of travel. With the AI-1, 40% less space is needed so no one has to travel with a cart o their lap. ;)
And for college teams that travel by air, the AI-1 can be transported through the airport with one of our custom-fit rolling travel bags. What a disadvantage to the players that have to carry instead of pushing a cart during a tournament.
Why was the AI-1 invented?
Jeff, the product developer/inventor has a daughter that played golf in high school some years ago and he grew tired of
carrying her cart and bag, his and a friend's gear to practice and tournaments so he vowed to buy bags with a builtin cart but he couldn't find one, anywhere! In fact, except for the AI-1, they still don't exist. Amazing to think about.
Why did it take so long for someone to bring an "all-in-one" cart in the bag to market?
Good question... there have been patents for the concept for over 100 years but no one has ever effectively taken a
concept like this to market. In part because the cart itself would normally take up all of the room on the inside of a golf bag, leaving no room for clubs. And it would be too heavy as well, but after many revisions and versions, PARADAX figured out how to get it done! Nothing worthwhile comes easy!
Why does the AI-1 feel heavy to lift?
Well, the simplest answer is; the AI-1 is not a golf bag. . Our minds see what looks like a standard golf cart bag, which should weigh only 8-10 pounds, but the AI-1 has a secret hiding inside... a fully functional 3-wheel push cart. So yes, it will weigh more than a standard bag, but considering the cart and bag normally weigh 34 pounds combined, the AI-1 only weighs 20 pounds by comparison. Simply put, the AI-1 is not a golf bag.
Is the AI-1 too light to carry an umbrella or will it tip over?
Another great question... much research and trial and error went into the development of the AI-1 and one of the important considerations was this very question. If the AI-1 is too light, will it tip over with the weight of the umbrella plus the push of a strong breeze? Even the angle of the bag was made more 'layed down' to make sure this will not be a problem. The AI-1 was developed to handle up to a 68" umbrella and a 20 mph wind without a problem. Any heavier wind and you won't want to use the umbrella anyway.
How do you deal with wet, grassy wheels before putting in the car?
Unique to the AI-1, the rear wheels are quickly removed, knocked together, and then placed inside of pockets. The front wheel is simply drawn up under the bag when putting away so none of the wet wheels will mess up the inside of the car.
Do you suggest we purchase a shoulder strap?
Every situation is different but because the AI-1 is not a golf bag, it's also a push cart, and as such it's heavier than a standard golf bag, we recommend that at least the rear wheels be put on, even to pull it through the parking lot, but if you need to carry the bag up stairs at home, or take the bag someplace where wheels are not appropriate, then we do suggest you purchase a carry strap.
Are the bags customizable for schools?
Yes! Choose either black or gray bags, and then choose your dominant school color for the 6 stripes that are firmly velcroed into place on each bag. Also, the front patch is removable so it can be embroidered with the school logo, name or mascot.
Are there any discounts available for any other Paradax products, with the purchase of at least one bag?
Yes! We always offer discounts for clothing, hats, belts, etc with the purchase of a bag.
Is the steering adjustable without tools?
Yes! if you find the cart bag is not tracking straight on the course, simply raise up the front wheel a little bit and you will see a small adjustment wheel. Simply dial it in the direction you want the front wheel to track, normally 2 or 3 quarter turns will suffice.
How many beers/sodas will the insulated pouch carry?
Typically the pouch will easily fit standard sized cans or plastic bottles, with ice.
