Order Processing

All in-stock orders are typically processed within 1 business day of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Carrier

Orders are primarily shipped through UPS. In some cases, an alternative carrier may be used depending on delivery location or package requirements.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and shipment details. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after the label has been created.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method. While we strive to meet estimated delivery windows, PARADAX Golf is not responsible for carrier-related delays caused by weather, holidays, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please verify that your shipping address is correct before completing your order. PARADAX Golf is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, responsibility for delivery transfers to the shipping carrier. Any claims related to lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be handled directly with the carrier using the provided tracking information.
